Most of our website can be accessed without the need to register your details, however to order online will require registration. Alternatively we can accept orders by telephone, E Mail or Fax. Our normal office opening times are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 12pm (Noon) Saturdays.We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express.
After you have placed your order, you will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day. We cannot specify a time for delivery however if you call the office (01460 76238) on the day of delivery, we will be able to provide an approximate time. Any potential problems regarding access should be notified to us prior to delivery on 01460 76238. Delivery times will vary according to what materials have been ordered. General fencing and trellis is normally delivered within 10 working days and joinery products like gates are normally delivered within 15 working days . Delivery charges are to the front of house only and customers should make their own arrangements to move materials to the rear of the property. Yarcombe Woodland Products ltd will not be held liable for damage to property if the customer invites us onto their property for the purpose of delivery.
Cancellations and returns policy
Orders placed by telephone, or on-line customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days of delivery. Notice must be provided within the 7 days by durable form and this can be done either by email to email@example.com or in writing to Yarcombe Woodland Products ltd, Stockbridge Wood, Hinton Saint George, Somerset TA17 8TN. You must keep the goods in good condition while they are in your possession. Goods due for return should be ready for collection in the same place they were delivered. Assuming that the goods were as described, and not faulty a refund will take place less any reasonable costs incurred. Refunds will take place within a reasonable amount of time after the goods have been returned and inspected. These cancellation provisions do not apply to any bespoke items produced to the customers own specification, or items purchased direct from our site.
Currency and tax charges
All payments will be taken in sterling and will be inclusive of Vat at the rate of 20%.
The majority of our products are manufactured from Timber which is a natural product and so is subject to some movement and cracking. Slight movement and cracking will not be regarded as faulty. If that particular product is no longer fit for its intended use than we will be more than happy to replace it. Pressure treated products dry to a pale green colour however this colour can vary a lot according to species of timber and weather conditions. Variations in colour are not regarded as being faulty.
All offers and vouchers may exclude some items, these will be stated in-store. Vouchers and/or offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers.
