Office Administrator Vacancy
A vacancy as arisen to employ a principal Office Administrator to complement our busy and progressive business.
Yarcombe Woodland Products is set in heart of Somerset and is dedicated to providing quality domestic and agricultural timber products to the local community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation and logistics of office tasks, including administrative duties; and have the ability to attend to customer sales and services when required.
An understanding of and experience in the Administrative/Office field with knowledge of credit control, sales and purchase ledgers, would be an advantage. The ideal candidate is required to have excellent organisational skills, be able to pay good attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure.
Location: Hinton St George, TA17 8TN
Hours: Full time which includes some Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Data input and filing
Credit control, sales and purchase ledger
End of Year Accounts
Maintaining levels of stationary and consumables
Customer sales and services when required
Involvement with Business Marketing
Qualifications and Skills
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and self-motivated with good attention to detail
- To be able to work to strict deadlines
- Proficient in I.T.
- Excellent organisation & logistical skills
- The ability to work well within a team
- Full Driving licence.
